The programme focuses on developing language skills, knowledge of science and mathematics. The purpose is not only for the students to acquire knowledge and new academic skills but also to become familiar with the methods, to consider the problems and challenges from many different perspectives to develop critical thinking.
At the end of grade 5, students sit for the Cambridge International Primary Checkpoint exam administered by the Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) under Cambridge University with validity of a lifetime and equal value to other international primary certificates for students transfer to English medium secondary schools worldwide.
The Cambridge International Programme for all grade levels is the most popular international programme to be implemented in 9,000 schools in 160 countries. The Cambridge International Programme is also taught in parallel with the national educational programmes of many countries such as Sweden, Germany, Italy, Spain, Indonesia, India, China, etc. thanks to the flexibility and compatibility of the program with other national programmes.
