Upon entering Primary School (Grades 1-5), students participate in a placement test to determine the most suitable learning pathway for their individual needs and aptitudes. Students retain the flexibility to transition between pathways.
Primary education programmes
The Cambridge Academic Programme International (CAPI) integrates select subjects from the MOET Education Curriculum
Cambridge Academic Programme International (CAPI)
Selected and taught entirely in English, comprising of the following subjects:
- Math, English, Science, Digital Literacy (DL), Global Perspectives, Music, Fine Art, Physical Education
- Foreign Language (grade 3-5): Mandarin / Japanese / French (subjected to specific campus selection)
→ At the end of grade 5, students sit for Cambridge Primary Checkpoint exam, which is equivalent to CAIE’s Primary Checkpoint certificates worldwide.
MOET Education Curriculum
Students will study the following subjects and additional topics under the MOET education programme:
- Vietnamese language, Civics Education, History and Geography (Grade 4-5), Experiential Learning
- Additional Topics: MOET Maths, MOET Study of Nature and Society

Cambridge Education Programme (CAP)
Selected and taught entirely in English, comprising of 4 subjects: Math, English, Science, Digital Literacy
The programme focuses on developing language skills, knowledge of science and mathematics.
→ At the end of grade 5, students sit for Cambridge Primary Checkpoint exam, which is equivalent to CAIE’s Primary Checkpoint certificates worldwide.
MOET Education Curriculum
The MOET Primary Education Curriculum has been optimised in the direction of competencies-based education with moderated workload to help students acquire knowledge and develop their core competencies in a more relaxing, student-centered and age-appropriate environment.
The learning outcomes and qualifications are recognised and accredited by the Ministry of Education and Training and have equal validity with those in the top public schools of the national education system.
Cambridge English Program (CEP) combined with MOET Education Curriculum
Cambridge English Programme (CEP)
The Programme comprises of the following subjects, English for Speakers of Other Languages, Simplified Math, Simplified Science, Digital Literacy
→ At the end of grade 5, students sit for the Cambridge English tests and are awarded with the YLE English certificates, which are equivalent to A2 Level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and widely recognised in the world.
