Highlights from the Seminar “From Brainrot to Brain-right: Mastering AI without letting AI Take Control, and The Latest Updates on the Cambridge International Education Programme at VAS Academic Year 2026–2027”

Speaker Thai Van Linh shared scientific and practical perspectives on AI and the human brain, including why the brain is prone to “rot” in the digital age, how AI impacts children’s thinking, and five guiding principles to help parents and students use AI effectively and responsibly.

Representatives from the VAS Academic Council helped parents better understand the key differences among the three Cambridge international pathways, along with the latest updates and notable improvements at VAS starting from the 2026–2027 academic year, as well as the exciting Summer Camp programme in 2026.

Special guest Mr. Melvyn Lim, Senior Country Director of Cambridge for Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia, provided deeper insights into the consistency of the Cambridge international education programme at VAS and across more than 10,000 Cambridge schools worldwide.
