Congratulations to four VAS students honored with HCMC outstanding student awards
On August 8th, the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee held a ceremony to commend and reward students and teachers who achieved outstanding results during the 2023-2024 school year.
Hall received certificate of merit from Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee
Four 12th-grade students from VAS, Ba Thang Hai Campus, were honored to receive certificates of merit, including:
- Nguyen Trang Bao Han and Truong Minh Tam (Class 12.B2) won First prize in the Social and Behavioral Sciences category of the City-level High School Science and Engineering Fair for their project, "Developing Wellbeing for High School Students through Extracurricular Activities - A Case Study of the Ba Thang Hai Campus of the VAS System," under the guidance of teacher Nguyen Yen Linh.
- Dao Hieu Phong and Ngo Nguyen Diem Hang (Class 12.B5) won First prize in the Computational Biology and Bioinformatics category at the City-level High School Science and Engineering Fair for their project, "SORT-OMATE: Sorting Waste at Source Using AI Technology and Smart Bins in School and Office Environments", under the guidance of teacher Lam Hong Ngoc.
