From a music-loving student who always shone on stages and events at VAS, Tang Le Minh Tam is now pursuing her dream in Germany, studying Aerospace Engineering at FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences – one of the leading universities in technology and engineering in Germany.

Not only is she academically gifted and passionate about art, but Minh Tam is also a testament to a all-rounded generation of VASers, where students are encouraged to develop their learning abilities, emotions, and individual personalities.

Minh Tam's journey is a story of nurtured passion, honed character, and dreams that took flight during her years at VAS.

If Grade 12 is seen as the “finish line”, the key question parents should ask is: What do my children need by that point, not only to gain admission to their desired universities, but also to be fully prepared for the future? At a recent online seminar hosted by the Vietnam Australia International School (VAS), education experts highlighted the importance of a “backward planning” mindset. This approach starts with the end goal and works backwards to design a suitable learning pathway from the very beginning.
