Summer is officially here! Have you started planning an exciting holiday for your child? VAS offers a summer filled with meaningful learning, joyful experiences, and endless discoveries through four Bilingual Summer Camp options, thoughtfully designed to suit different age groups and learning needs.
1. Discovery Lab Camp: Learn through experiences, grow through joy
Designed for preschool-aged children, this programme helps young learners become familiar with a school environment through a variety of age-appropriate play-based activities, hands-on experiences, and exciting discoveries.
With a bilingual environment featuring 50% English immersion, children will participate in engaging project-based activities that integrate science concepts throughout the 9-week programme, while developing physically, emotionally, and intellectually. They will also enjoy memorable field trips to Suoi Tien Theme Park, Vietopia, and Vuon Nha Gom.
2. Ready for Grade 1: Prepared for a new journey
Created for children preparing to enter Grade 1, this programme focuses on equipping them with essential knowledge, skills, and confidence to support a smooth transition from Kindergarten to Primary School.
With 67% of learning time delivered in English, students build a strong bilingual literacy foundation while exploring Mathematics, Science, Arts, and Physical Education through an integrated approach. The programme also promotes physical development, learning skills, and self-confidence in a new academic environment.
3. Exploration Camp: Explore different fields and develop individual strengths
Discovery Summer Camp provides an experiential learning environment where students gain a deeper understanding of themselves, strengthen problem-solving abilities, and develop essential life skills through practical, real-world experiences.
With 65% to 73% of learning time conducted in English, students can explore a wide range of disciplines, discover their interests, and further develop their strengths. The programme also features exciting weekly activities including dance, arts and crafts, water sports, academic enrichment, summer journaling, and team-building activities.
4. English Intensive Camp: Accelerate language proficiency in an international environment
Designed for students seeking to strengthen their English skills, this programme offers more than 83% English immersion, including 56% of learning time with expatriate teachers.
Students develop all four language skills through interactive lessons, creative projects, and the Summer Journal project. The programme also incorporates innovative learning technologies, including AI-powered speaking practice and an online phonics platform, helping students improve their English more effectively.
5. Exciting summer experiences for all campers
In addition to their specialised learning programmes, all campers will enjoy weekly “Fun Fridays” featuring a variety of exciting themed activities.
Students will also participate in field trips to Kawazo, Dragon Farm, Ben Tre, or Binh Chau - Ho Tram - Vung Tau, depending on their age group. The summer journey will conclude with the vibrant Summer Fair, featuring sports competitions, artistic performances, and a wide range of fun game booths.
