VAS Spreads Kindness Through Community Service Activities in May–June 2025

Throughout May and June 2025, the spirit of compassion and social responsibility continued to shine across the VAS community through a wide range of meaningful charity activities, initiated and carried out by students, teachers, and parents across all campuses.

From fundraising events and gift-giving campaigns to bridge-building and outreach trips, VAS students took the lead in organizing and participating in various humanitarian projects, including:

1. VAS hosted the fundraising concert “Night & Flight,” raising over VND 128 million for the saigonchildren organization

2. The “GET” project by students from Garden Hills donated 150 gift packages worth VND 231 million to pediatric patients at Children’s Hospital 2

3. VAS Ba Thang Hai inaugurated Viet Uc Bridge 2 in Kien Giang Province, replacing a severely deteriorated old bridge

4. The “Knitting Love” project by Sala students raised VND 124 million, offering scholarships, gifts, and essential school supplies to students in remote areas of Lam Dong

5. The “Coloring Smiles” project by Hoang Van Thu students raised over VND 108 million to support child patients at Children’s Hospital – HCMC

6. The "Warm Heart" group from VAS Sala raised VND 28 million to support Bo De Phuong Duy School

7. The Community for Change (CFC) Club from Ba Thang Hai Campus carried out a meaningful trip to Mui Ne, combining support for local students and environmental protection

8. VAS Ba Thang Hai collaborated with the Ward 14 People’s Committee (District 10) to donate school supplies to students in extremely difficult circumstances, including those orphaned due to the COVID-19 pandemic

9. Grade 11 students from the Enterprise program raised over VND 10 million for the Blue Dragon Children’s Foundation – a result of their own student-led business initiative

10. Students from VAS Sunrise Campus visited and gave meaningful gifts to children with osteogenesis imperfecta at the Kim Cuong Tuoi Dep Center

Each of these community service projects has offered valuable lessons in empathy, responsibility, and meaningful action.

VAS sincerely thanks our beloved parents, teachers, and students for joining hands in spreading kindness and love through these inspiring initiatives. These acts of compassion will continue to shape warm hearts and a deep sense of service in every VAS student.
