VAS 2017 Painting Contest with 600 creative works

Nearly 600 young artists from VAS submitted their works to the VAS Painting Contest 2017 with the theme "Lead Your Life". Especially, Garden Hills Campus Primary has made a record in the number of participants with 261 paintings. The huge number of participants in the event did make it a challenge for the judges to select the winners for this year. The selection was based on three criteria including content, layout, and style.

According to the judges, VAS kiddy artists not only conveyed the message "Lead your life" in both the present and the future but also mastered the work and coloring. Their themes are diverse, full of creativity in layout, and lively in color.

In addition to the realism paintings and decorative paintings, the students also brought in such new genres as abstract paintings and posters using crayons, watercolors, and acrylic...

Just a small note for the high school students that they need to focus more on personal touch to create their own styles and avoid being affected by Manga.

The Painting Exhibition and Award Ceremony of VAS PAINTING CONTEST 2017 is scheduled to take place on 23/12/2017. Let's see who will be the winners of this year's contest!
