EXPLORE THE WORLD AND GROW UP WITH VAS ENGLISH SUMMER CAMP 2019
Vietnam Australia International School (VAS) has officially expanded enrollment of the VAS English Summer Camp 2019 for all students from Kindergarten to Grade 10 inside and outside VAS starting from April. The Summer Camp opens on June 10, 2019 and will last for six weeks with personal development activities in physics, talent, soft skills, life skills and English, as well as many useful and exciting outdoor excursions. In particular, with the theme, "Choose Your Own Adventure", students can freely choose to participate in a one-week camp in Tokyo, Japan; Kanchanaburi, Thailand; or in Vung Tau after completing five weeks of study at VAS.

This is the first time VAS has established a week of Discovery Camp in the summer course with the coordination of prestigious and professional partners including GPA Vietnam and iCAMP Thailand. The program gives students the opportunity to experience people, culture, and nature from in and outside the country; practice life skills, teamwork skills and global problem-solving skills to mature in a completely undiscovered environment.
A week of exploration in Tokyo, Japan; Kanchababuri, Thailand; or in Vung Tau promises to bring children diverse experiences in culture, people, nature and life skills.
In Vung Tau, students will focus on development projects on waste treatment and environmental protection in addition to arts and sports competitions. Going back to nature and practicing survival skills through adventures will be the main activities in Kanchanaburi, Thailand. In Tokyo, students will learn and connect with Japanese people through experiences in culture and nature.
Children are more mature in a completely new environment thanks to activities that supplement knowledge, improve skills and get them used to approaching global problems.
Another highlight at VAS Summer Camp 2019 is the Intensive Career Guidance programme for students from grades 9-10. Accordingly, they will receive vocational training with experts in a variety of fields such as Python programming, graphic design and fine arts, first aid and life skills. After completing the programme, students will receive international certifications to add to their profiles.
Outdoor activities, sports, music and arts, cooking, and skills development occur in the first five weeks of camp, with 70% of the program conveyed in English.

VAS has a special incentive program for early registration, including a 10% discount on full tuition fee payment for the Summer Camp before April 20, 2019 and a 5% discount on full tuition fee payment for the Summer Camp on May 20, 2019.
