Over 5.000 VAS students Started the school year 2016-2017

After exciting and meaningful summer holidays, the first day of school is an opportunity for old and new students of VAS to get to know each other, their teachers and get ready for a new school year. During the first day, students visited the campus - classrooms and functional rooms, met their homeroom teachers and learnt about the curriculums. They also listened to tips from their campus manager, teachers and the older students.

Among 1,300 new students, there are 328 students from Garden Hills Mega Campus. Garden Hills Mega Campus is constructed with a total area of 14.480 m2, which contains nearly 4,500 m2 of green space, 80 classrooms fully equipped with modern facilities and many functional rooms such as computer rooms, laboratories, libraries, gallery rooms, cooking rooms, music rooms, art rooms and physical education halls. This is the biggest and most modern campus of VAS in particular and in the Northern region of Saigon in general, offering VAS students an international standard studying environment.

In the school year 2015-2016, VAS has earned many proud achievements; elementary and secondary students at VAS won 688 awards in the contests about culture, academic knowledge and talents at District, City and Nation levels. As a new school year starts, VAS teachers and students will face with new challenges and experience ahead! The school believes with the passion for creativity of teachers, the consistency and effort of students, along with the support and trust of their parents, VAS will have more students who are fully developed and confidently integrate into the world!
