Joyful Green Painting 2013
Joining the contest with 568,000 students of different grade levels across the city, contestants paint a wide range of topics that promote the love of peace, homeland, people, environment, etc. Receiving notice from teachers, VAS Primary students started to paint their works to participate in the contest. Thanks to their great passion for painting, a group of students from Class 5.2 at Cach Mang Thang Tam Campus consisting of Nguyen Le Minh Phu, Doan Gia Hy, Vo Tran Bao Ngoc, Nguyen Khanh Giang Nam and Panawat Chauychoo agreed to paint the works of "Hoang Sa - Gold Island, Silver Sea" in 3 hours with watercolor. They completed the painting in great excitement, although they did not think they would win the contest. Therefore, the third prize for group painting at city level surprised them a lot.

For the individual prize, Do Le Phuong Vy of Class 5.4 at Tran Cao Van Campus won the painting material prize for her "We're for Traffic Safety" works.

The award ceremony went well. The little painters of Vietnam Australia International School participated confidently and won awards for their works. This will definitely encourage and foster their passion for painting.
