The last week of Online Summer Course – a meaningful and memorable end note for this summer

What was included in the last sessions of the course?

Fitness classes:  The Aerobics class summarizes the knowledge of rhythm and choreography over the past four weeks – students had chances to create their dances according to the sample movements they have learned; then filmed video and performed their talents. In terms of the “Tiktok Dance” Class, students enjoyed their movements with dancing trends of Tiktok Vietnam, Tiktok Cool, Tiktol US-UK, and Tiktok Cute. They have mastered their body movements with music, felt the counting rhythm, and build confidence in expressing themselves.

The central theme of last week’s “Danish Decoration art” Class was “Four Seasons Timbres” – students were introduced to the images, colors, and typical features of all four seasons: Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter; then, draw themed pictures in their creativity. “Decorating Souvenirs” Class showed how to use a cotton swab instead of a brush to paint with watercolors.

“Home cooking & Healthy eating” Course ended with a fascinating lesson: Teddy Bento and Salad with Chicken Breast. In the next school year, students can make their bento for school meals or go camping with friends!

Last week, science project-based learning course provided students with excellent knowledge about aquatic animals; therefore, for this week, they continued to learn about terrestrial animals, amphibians, productive livestock, and wildlife. "Green Living" Class learned on green plants, including metabolism, environment, living conditions, seed journey, and the effects of trees on human life.

This week's science research project allowed students to design floating houses. Students were taught how to build a completed design, present their ideas, experiment, and display the finished product.

What was interesting about the last week of academic classes?

“Preparation for G1” – Children mastered numbers from 6 to 10, stroke drawings, and basic personal health care skills.

“Thinking and solving mathematically” continued the topic of blocks in space. Students also learned more about the volume of pyramids, prisms and practiced solving exercises in the topic.

“The beauty of Vietnam linguistics " guided students in writing literary essays with common types in the national high school exam. They practiced writing an essay about poetry, a prose passage, or an academic opinion.

"General English" Course for basic level: Students were taught basic vocabularies and grammar on topics about food, animals, activities at home, communication, and the environment... More advanced classes were guided in writing essays related to current issues in the world.
