"VAS Ed Talk" - Ep 2: Taking care of family’s health during covid-19, what we should and should not do?

In order to help parents prepare and learn more experiences and scientific methods to improve the physical and mental health for their children, as well as providing them medical information about vaccination, VAS will organize a workshop with the topic “TAKING CARE OF FAMILY’S HEALTH DURING COVID-19, WHAT WE SHOULD AND SHOULD NOT DO?”.

Guest Speaker: Master – Doctor Nguyen Hien Minh, Pharmacity Medical Director, Lecturer in Immunology – Pathophysiology cum Deputy Head of Immunization Unit of University Medical Center, HCMC, a parent of VAS Sala mega campus.

There are three concerns of families in which a workshop would discuss and give solutions:

  • How to take care of your physical and mental health to quickly recover from Covid-19 and minimize the post-Covid effects?
  • Vaccine for children from 5-11 years old, should or should not?
  • Summer is coming, how do you keep your family healthy and safe this summer?

Besides, the school representative also introduced the student care activities at VAS, the cooperation between the school and family during the Covid-19 period to ensure the safe arrival of children to school:

  • Physical activities at VAS, appropriate nutrition and exercise to help children improve their health.
  • Support the online learning, playful activities and nutrition for children at home when they Covid-19...
  • Spacious environment to ensure social distance, staff have been trained to handle cases of students who may have Covid-19.

VAS and Dr. Hien Minh hope that this workshop will bring useful information for parents and your family to take care of your health in the right way and stay calm during this Covid-19 pandemic!

“VAS Ed Talk” is an online workshop series in which parents with varied areas of expertise share their experience and exchange information about different topics from the point of view of education. This series aims to provide parents with a wide range of useful information and approaches to educating children so that parents can understand, get along with and accompany their children during their growth journey!

After the sharing of the guest speaker and VAS representatives, parents can ask questions and get responses directly at the workshop.

GRAND FINAL VAS ROBOTICS COMPETITION 2025 – 2026: VASERS SHINE THROUGH TECHNOLOGY AND KINDNESS

On April 3 at VAS Sala Campus, the final round of the VAS Robotics Competition 2025–2026 took place in an energetic atmosphere, featuring thrilling and competitive performances. This year, the competition stood out with its expanded scale and more diverse content. At the Primary level, nearly 50 VAS students and 4 guest teams formed 16 vibrant competing teams. Meanwhile, the Secondary level gathered 200 VAS students, with 70 teams competing across 9 categories, creating a dynamic and highly competitive technology arena.
