Admission procedures

1. Entry Registration 2. Entry and Placement Tests LEVELS PREREQUISITES TESTS PRE-SCHOOL Being of ages specified by the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET) Psychology & physique checked PRIMARY Being of ages specified by MoET Ranking good and/or above academically. Fulfill all the behavioral requirements. English Vietnamese Math Skills tests (for grade1 only) JUNIOR SECONDARY Being of ages specified by MoET Certified as having completed the primary curriculum. Ranking good and/or above both in academics and conduct. English Vietnamese Math SENIOR SECONDARY Being of ages specified by MoET Certified as having completed Junior Secondary school Ranking good and/or above both in academics and conduct. English Vietnamese Math Notes: a) Transfer students must: Present all the required documents and school transcripts before applying for the next grade. Rank good and/or above academically and fulfill all the behavioral requirements (for primary school), receiving no disciplinary sanctions in the previous schools. b) The School will process the documents and send the results to parents if the student passes the placement tests. 3. Official Enrollment Parents enroll their children as per the schedule specified by the School or, at the latest, 7 days after having paid all fees. Enrollment documents include: Enrollment application form (the school form) Health certificate Valid copy of vaccination certificate (for pre-school only) Valid copy of birth certificate, or notarized and translated birth certificate (for expats) Valid copy of family residential certificate, or copy of passport (for expats) Valid transcripts Certificate of completion of primary curriculum (for junior secondary) Certificate of completion of junior secondary curriculum or temporary document of the certificate (for senior secondary) School transfer document (for school-transferring students) Notes: a) Students must present sufficient and valid enrollment documents as specified by the School.b) The student’s prior academic and conduct transcripts provided by their parents will be processed and inspected for their accuracy and validity.c) Health documents and direct observation show that the student does not suffer from illnesses, autism and any other mental and / or physical disabilities.
