Marketing Program Associate Manager



1. Job Description:

  • Proposing, planning, and effectively implementing complementary marketing programs for students and parents of the system to increase brand value and attract new parents and students
  • Coordinating with relevant departments and successfully organizing enrollment events and seminars
  • Proposing, planning, and effectively implementing activities to support admissions: promotion programs, gratitude programs for existing parents, events, admissions seminars
  • Proposing and implementing marketing activities for new business expansion projects of the system: promoting to create awareness in new markets, images at campuses, activities, events admissions seminars
  • Time and approved budget management for projects in charge
  • Participating in activities at campus(es) and being in charge of the contents, programs of the system
  • Effectively implementing marketing activities related to the enrollment program at campus
  • Working with and managing relevant partners
  • Monitoring, evaluating, reporting the situation and results monthly, quarterly, and yearly
  • Exactly and effectively implementing budget reporting and internal administrative activities
  • Performing other tasks as assigned

2. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Event, Economics
  • More than 3 working years at the same position in education, services, journalism, media, and marketing
  • Having knowledge of Digital, Mobile Marketing
  • Good writing and communication in English and Vietnamese
  • Good creative ideas, project management, time management, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Good aesthetic sense and creative ability
  • Enthusiastic, love to work with children
  • Thorough, detailed, diligent in learning, and commitment to the assigned tasks
  • Having good connection with press/ Marketing agency is an advantage
