Overall tasks

- Effectively implement academic, sports and talent events for students to build the image of an executive-oriented brand system and increase VAS brand awareness
- Effectively carry out enrollment support activities: organize seminars, event activities, and projects as assigned by the event manager
- Comply with the assignment of the department head and coordinate with members to ensure overall efficiency and promptly report and handle arising issues
- Accurately and effectively carry out tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

1.    Job Description

  • Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute a diverse range of events, including but not limited to student assemblies, cultural celebrations, academic competitions, sports tournaments events across all six campuses.

  • Proposing, planning, and effectively implementing complementary marketing programs for students and parents of the system to increase brand value and attract new parents and students.

  • Venue Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to secure appropriate venues for events, ensuring logistical requirements are met, and necessary permits or permissions are obtained.

  • Vendor Relations: Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to secure necessary resources, negotiate contracts, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.

  • Student Event Activity Supervision: Organize and actively participate in the supervision of student event activities to ensure smooth operations, adherence to event guidelines, and the safety and well-being of all participants.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks or challenges associated with events and implement proactive measures to mitigate these risks, ensuring the safety and security of all attendees.

  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event debrief sessions to gather feedback, evaluate event success against predefined metrics, and identify areas for improvement in future event planning efforts.

  • Budget Oversight: Assist in the development of event budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines throughout the planning and execution process.

2. Requirements

  • Qualification : Bachelor Degree

  • Major: Related majors: Marketing, Advertising, Event, Economics

  • English skills: Good communication, reading and writing

  • Other requirements: Having knowledge of Digital, Mobile Marketing, having good connection with press is an advantage.

  • Priority experience in an equivalent position in education, services, and experience working in Event agencies

  • Good communication skills and relationships
