Little VASers Unlock the Full Survival Skills Set at World Farm!

From June 25–26, primary campers from all 6 VAS campuses embarked on an unforgettable field trip to World Farm. This adventure offered students a chance to grow holistically through real-life experiences, strengthening their physical fitness, survival skills, and adaptability in new environments.

Dressed in traditional áo bà ba like real farmers, our little VASers dove into hands-on activities such as planting wheatgrass, catching fish, feeding animals at a mini zoo, and cooking sweet potatoes and eggs over a wood stove. They also put their teamwork and endurance to the test through exciting challenges like decoding secret messages and navigating obstacle courses.

One of the highlights of the trip was learning essential — and highly practical — survival skills, including basic first aid, tent building, fire-starting with flint, and purifying dirty water. Although these tasks were new to many, the students showed impressive focus and patience, carefully following instructions and demonstrating initiative and a serious learning spirit.

After a full day of “survival,” the campers cooled off with joyful rain play and pool time, followed by a hearty hot lunch and a refreshing glass of kumquat tea — the perfect energy boost after hours of outdoor fun.
