VAS officially Implements Komodo Wellbeing to Support Students’ Mental Health & Emotional Wellbeing from Kindergarten (Pre 3) to Grade 12

Komodo Wellbeing is a platform that supports mental health and emotional wellbeing. After being successfully introduced to students in Grades 4, 6, 9, and 11 during the 2024–2025 academic year, it is now being expanded to all students from Kindergarten (Pre 3) to Grade 12 in the 2025–2026 school year.

VAS awards over 1 billion VND scholarships to high-achieving students and significant community contributors

In the academic year 2023-2024, VAS honors and presents scholarships with a total value of nearly 1 billion Vietnamese dong to 33 students who have achieved the highest academic performance in each grade level, as well as 10 scholarships to students who have made the most positive contributions to the community, worth 150 million Vietnamese dong, at 6 VAS campuses.

From July 26th to August 11th, 2023, VAS conducted training sessions for more than 1,000 teachers across its six campuses. This was VAS's biggest annual training programme that aimed to improve the skills and knowledge of its teachers. The teachers included 34% who taught the Cambridge programme and 66% who taught the Vietnamese national programme of the MOET (Ministry of Education and Training).

Recently, on August 4th, 2023, the Closing and Awarding ceremony of the 29th National Young Informatics Competition, 2023 took place in Quang Ninh province with the participation of the leadership and ministries at all high levels of Quang Ninh province. The contest was organized by the Central Youth Union in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Technology, the MOET, the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Vietnam Informatics Association to discover young informatics talents and promote the learning movement.
