Teacher stories

Throughout my 21-year journey with VAS, I have always felt that this is not just an educational environment, but also a second home, a place that nurtures passion and inspires me every day.

My journey at VAS has been a deeply meaningful and rewarding experience. Teaching Mathematics across all levels has allowed me to grow alongside my students, constantly adapting my methods to meet their diverse needs and abilities.

VAS is not just a workplace; it is where I have spent my youth growing up alongside generations of students. The bonds between colleagues and the affection of my students are what have kept me here for the past two decades.

Thank you to the VAS community for giving me such precious joy and faith in the good values built for the future generation of our country, contributing to their success in life.

Looking back, I am grateful to have been a part of VAS – a place that not only nurtures generations of students but also supports educators like myself.

VAS is the "school" after university, where I have grown stronger every day, learned, been challenged, and developed over time alongside wonderful bosses and colleagues.

Then and now, my experience at VAS has been one of growth and purpose. Teaching Mathematics has enriched my journey as an educator and strengthened my belief in the power of learning.

It is not just a workplace, but also a second home, where I have kind colleagues who are always ready to help, empathize, and share both joys and difficulties, and together we update our knowledge to improve ourselves.

VAS has a very stable environment, culturally diverse and provides professional development. I have witnessed how it evolves academically and their curriculum development, how it developed and nurture relationship among peers and students alike

I started at VAS as a teacher at Tran Cao Van Campus in D1. VAS has never just been a workplace for me. It has been the ground where I planted my earliest seeds of love for children as an educator, and where those seeds were nurtured into leadership.

The thing I like most working in VAS are my students and colleagues. Every day I walk into school buzzing with excitement from all the students from every place as well as people who have lived in many different countries and cultures.

The students have a dynamic energy and caring nature. They allow you to form connections with them really quickly, making for a wonderfully nurturing environment.
